深圳华粤宝电池有限公司创建于一九九九年五月，是一家专业从事研发、生产锂离子二次电池的中外合资企业 。公司座落于深圳市平湖镇富民工业区，占地面积 五万平方米，员工人数1600多人，是目前国内投资规模最大、技术水平最高的锂离子电池生产企业之一 。2001年8月被认定为深圳市高新技术企业 。

Shenzhen HYB Battery Co., Ltd., a Sino-foreign joint venture, was founded in May, 1999, which specializes in research and manufacture rechargeable lithium-ion batteries. HYB is one of the largest scale and most advanced rechargeable lithium-ion battery manufacturers in China. It covers an area of 15,000 square meters and has more than 800 employees.

We have taken the lead at the domestic market in employing steel shell in our cell manufacture and have gained several patents for it. There are more than 60 categories of lithium-ion cells, including prismatic and cylindrical ones, which are widely aplied to battery packs of notebook computer, wireless communication terminal and various portable equipments. We earn public praise for our products that are of high energy density, excellent safety performance and reasonable quality-price ratio, as well as efficient customer service. Our products are tributed to many countries and areas such as America, German, Australia, India, Singapore, Taiwan and Hong Kong etc.

A strong R&D team, consisting of professors, doctors and masters, enrich HYB’s technologies of rechargeable batteries. We have a material research group, a lithium-ion battery research group, a polymer battery research group and a fuel cell research group. We also cooperate with many domestic research institutions, such as Pecking University, Defence university of science and technology, Center-south university , etc.
