二零零六年十二月一日，德国博世力士乐公司全资收购了中国大陆深圳市康沃电气技术有限公司和其所控股的西安春日网络能源有限公司的经营性资产，并在中国境内注册成立了一家全新的外商独资企业——博世力士乐电子传动与控制（深圳）有限公司。

新成立的博世力士乐电子传动与控制（深圳）有限公司是德国博世集团及博世力士乐公司的一家下属子公司，博世集团不仅是世界前100强公司，也是世界最着名高科技企业之一。50多年来，博世集团及博世力士乐公司的业务部门致力于开发专业型传动领域高科技产品，其产品和品牌已享誉全球。

新成立的博世力士乐电子传动与控制（深圳）有限公司保留了深圳康沃公司和西安春日公司原有员工队伍以及所有系列的产品，并仍将以Convo和Kasuga商标在中国市场以及周边海外市场进行销售。

二零零六年公司的变频器产品销售额已达1.2亿元人民币，保有十五大系列产品，营销与售后服务网络遍布全国。我们相信随着世界着名的跨国公司的进入和新公司的成立，博世力士乐深圳公司会进一步整合各方面资源，提高产品的技术含量，拓展产品应用领域，为广大中外用户提供更高品质的产品和服务。

On 1st/Dec., 2006, Germany Bosch Rexroth company bought the whole business of both Shenzhen Convo Electric Technologies Co., Ltd. and it’s subsidiary company Xi’an Kasuga Network Power Co., Ltd., in mainland of China, registered and established a new foreign-invested company "Bosch Rexroth Electric Drives and Controls (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd." in China.

The new company "Bosch Rexroth Electric Drives and Controls (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd." is a subsidiary company of the German Robert Bosch Group, which is one of the 100 strongest and most famous high technology enterprises in the world. For more than 50 years, the Business Unit Bosch Rexroth develops high technology products which are used in the professional electric drives industry. These products and brand have already been known all over the world.

Newly established Bosch Rexroth Electric Drives and Controls (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. keeps old staff group and all series products of Shenzhen Convo Electric Technologies Co., Ltd. and Xi'an Kasuga Network Power Co., Ltd., and is going on selling products under the trademark of “Convo” and “Kasuga” to Chinese and oversea markets.

In the year 2006, our frequency converter business had achieved the sales volumn of 120 million RMB, kept 15 series of products and the sales and after-sale service network spread all over China.
