Job Description:
Evaluate, design, modify and draft work of major complexity in electronic circuitry of devices or systems under no supervision with complete latitude for independent action and decision. Interfaces with customers, Sales and production personnel to ensure project quality and guidelines. Analyze and plan methods of approach and organizes workloads to satisfy time lines effecting company objectives and customer requirements. Perform job site surveys gathering pertinent date and specifications for controller design. Provide technical support as needed to customers and inter-company departments. Participate in technical teams to evaluate and establish criteria for new products or enhancements and support release to manufacturing. Establish and implement training programs for co-workers encompassing a variety of product types, options and features. Must have a flexible personality using approachable techniques to assist and provide technical engineering guidance to co-workers. Supports engineering management aiding job assignment and work flow through the engineering department. Provides engineering management with technical job performance assessment on designated co-workers.

Qualifications:
Requires four years of educations related to electronic/technical technology and one to three years of applicable engineering experience or two years of education related to electronic/technical technology and two to four years of applicable engineering experience. Must be a team player with good verbal and written communication skills, detailed oriented, multi-tasking and flexible.
