Purpose Of Job:
To Control tooling supplier and provide technical support for the design department and production department.

Major Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for designing, making, testing, debugging, validating of new tooling parts and revise old tooling parts.
2.Have the related experience of the tooling design audit, can find out the root cause for the tooling problem..
3.Have the ability of the supplier chain management.
4.Solving the tooling problems and urgent requirements which arisen during the producing process and redesigning
5.To implement ISO9001/14001 standard, Familiar with related environmental requirements.

Experience Required:
At least 3 years’ experience of mechanical design

Knowledge’s Skills And Abilities:
1. Be proficient in Pro-E, must have several years experience with Pro-E on the job.
2. Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution skills.
3. Understanding of SPC and FMEA.
4. Highly organized and structured work behavior.
5. Fluent English, oral and written.
6. Be familiar with ISO 9000 quality system and ISO14001EMS
7. Strong plastic tooling design and manufacture background

Education:
Bachelor degree in Mold Design or Engineering field
