Responsibility:
1.Develop and deploy Plant Facility department’s strategy and objectives.
2.Oversee and manage the Facility Department. For the Facilities support include Plant decoration, Electrical Installation, HVAC system, Machines setup and repairing;
3.Provide on-site facilities support to production lines;
4.Manage facility-related contracted services, Environmental Health & Safety programs, security, building repair and maintenance, utility services, fire, life safety and emergency response activities, universal & hazardous waste disposal processes;
5.Coordinate work and processes with Global Facilities Services employees responsible for corporate duty functions (such as construction project management, real estate management, master planning, etc)
6.Manage and control the operational services on daily basic in order to ensure no breakdown which can lead to production shut down.
7.Seek, evaluate, monitor and interact with the facility venders to ensure the economical, efficient and qualified service.
8.Coordinate with venders to install, repair, maintain and monitor the mechanical components and electrical system of the factory such as switchgear, generators, and fans. Ensure water and electricity is provided safely and economically.
9.Provide professional troubleshooting solutions on facility management & maintenance.
10.Perform additional duties as requested, such as company activity supports.

Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree or above and majored in Engineering/Machine/Electronics
2.More than 5 years’ relevant working experience and at least 2 years’ manager level working experience. Have semiconductor or telecommunication experience is preferred.
3.Be familiar with Waste Water Discharge/Environment Protection/Air Conditioner/Gases Supplier, Ultra Cleanroom, Water and Hydrant System, Plant Safety and etc.
4.Ability to take pressure and be a good team work player.
5.Good communication and presentation skills.
6.Fluent oral English and good written English.
