Job responsibilities:
1.Formulate production report and work instruction.
2.Fulfilling production plan, enhancing production efficiency, reducing manufacturing costing.
3.Communication with relevant departments to overcome any obstacles.
4.Monitor production discipline and the state of 5S.
5.Training and motivate to meet company goal & objective.
6.Production safety and environment protection.

Job requirements:
1.Bachelor degree holder or above;
2.More than 5 years working experience regarding electronics components production. Special training in this field is required.
3.Familiarize with engineering specifications and control methods of electronics components.
4.Above 2 years working experience as production manager in foreign company preferable.
5.Fluent English both in writing and orally.
6.Strong interpersonal communication skills.
7.Good computer skills.
